Our clear span custom metal buildings can be up to 70 feet wide and as long as you need. Wider buildings are also possible with interior support beams.

SUPPORT BEAMS

12’ - 24’ WIDE

Every five feet along the exterior walls (doors excluded) are support beams. The clearspan option is offered.no cap on how long it is.

25’ - 70’ WIDE

Every four feet along the exterior walls (doors excluded) are support beams. The clearspan option is offered.no cap on how long it is. Extra width can be accommodated by using a truss with a thicker metal gauge without requiring centre support beams or jeopardising structural integrity.

FRAMING & CERTIFICATIONS

‍FRAMING

The support beams and trusses are made of double-coated 14-gauge galvanised steel. 12-gauge trusses may be required for larger building designs. Ask about our warranty for details. Weight-bearing framing is guaranteed to endure 20 years without rusting.

WEATHER RATING

Building regulations varies throughout regions, and we are aware of what each state demands. Our structures can bear snow loads of 35psf and wind gusts of 140mph. Our buildings in California have 120mph and 20psf ratings. We will meet or surpass your local codes, even if they call for further strength.

ROOF AND WALL PANELS

To best fit the structure, we provide a range of metal panels with different sizes, ribbing, and colours. At least as long as the structure, these panels are expected to last. Our installation teams offer the buildings a distinctive appearance by using horizontal siding. In addition, we provide vertical siding for structures that demand more assistance.

BUILDING PERMITS
